Will Sagar joined TCVIM in February 2008.  His experience includes the operation of two businesses and sixteen years as a department head with Transylvania County government.  While with the county, Will participated in the development of recycling programs locally and statewide and the implementation of modern landfill design in North Carolina.

Will also works with Transylvania Vocational Services, Inc. and has experience with other non-profit organizations. 

Will is a native to our community.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Economics and Mathematics.  He and his wife are involved at St. Philips Church.  They are the proud parents of two UNC graduates, Blake and Lilly.

Will enjoys bicycle racing and cheering for the Tar Heels.
