Michelle Hogsed, RN joined the The Free Clinic of Transylvania County team as co-clinic director in March of 2008. She is a lifelong resident of Brevard and appreciates the services that the clinic helps provide. “I have always enjoyed medical mission work. Instead of traveling to other countries to provide free medical care, I am able to provide needed care to those in my own community. This clinic fills a real gap in services for many residents in our county and I am proud to be a part it.” Michelle has been a registered nurse for 11 years and has experience in medical/surgical nursing, public health nursing, and education. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing Education from Gardner-Webb University in 2006. Michelle is married and has two small children.
